On this page,we introduce our main products; 'Sanzen' & 'Kimurashiki Kiseki No Osake'. These Sake are consumed in Okayama and Tokyo,Japan. Additionaly, these two items are handled in the United States by Wine of Japan Import, Inc.
And also three items are handled in Australia by Nippon Food Distributors pty Ltd.

Sanzen Daiginjo Genshu is made by high quality 'Yamada-Nishiki'' rice of which is milled down to 35% of original weight to be used in brewing Sake(65% of the rice will be discarded),and brewed with the all traditional and skillful brewing Sake skills of President & Toji, Tou Kikuchi . This Sake has luscious flavor called 'Ginjo Flavor ' which has taste of refined elegance. Please also enjoy this Sake cold with wine or champagne glasses.

Sanzen Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is brewed using 'Yamada-Nishiki' rice of which is milled down to 40% of original weight to be used in brewing Sake (60% of the rice will be discarded). This Sake also brewed in the coldest part of winter ,with Toji's excellent skill through all brewing sake process. It has a well balanced fruity flavor and excellent rice taste. Please also enjoy this Sake cold with wine or champagne glasses.

Sanzen Tokubetsu Junmai 'Omachi' is made with 'Omachi Rice' which is known as the most suited rice for brewing Sake in Okayama prefecture.The Omachi is difficult to cultivate,harvest and to brew. Toji Kikuchi sticks to this rice type,as he brews Sake of Omachi using his excellent brewing skill. This Sake has an ample taste which is a feature of Sake brewd with Omachi ,so it is excellent with various foods. This Sake can be enjoyed either cool or warm.

Kimurashiki Kiseki No Osake(Miracle Sake) is brewed using the Okayama Prefecture rice pursuant to the pesticide/fertilizer-free Kimura Natural Cultivation Method under supervision by Akinori Kimura of 'Miracle Apple' fame. This Jumai Ginjo has a rich fragrance and a mild rice taste ,and is easy to swallow.
