We are delighted to share that Sanzen Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi received the Gold Medal in the Junmai category.
The judges include French sommeliers, alcoholic beverage specialists, restaurant and wine cellar owners, chefs, and culinary school professionals. A major focus of the competition is France’s historic gastronomic culture of pairing food and drink.
This sake, brewed with Omachi rice—Okayama’s specialty—offers a mellow, full-bodied flavor, making it an excellent match for a wide variety of dishes and enjoyable in many different settings.
