Just like last year, the 6th-generation brewer of Sanzen headed to Madrid, Spain! This time, he joined a special sake night at Shuwa Shuwa, a beloved local spot known for its amazing Japanese sake selection and diverse menu.
The sake lineup was so impressive, you’d think you were back in Japan! And the Japanese dishes? Absolutely spot-on. For us Japanese folks, it’s a heartwarming taste of home. For locals, it’s a go-to for authentic flavors—especially among foodies and Japan lovers.
Some guests came back after last year’s event, remembering Sanzen fondly. Others were discovering it for the first time. Either way, the night was buzzing with excitement.
Madrid’s “Taste of Japan” evening turned into a passionate of sake, bringing everyone together over great restaurant and even better vibes.
