‘Sanzen Junmai Daiginjo Omachi 50’ was awarded the Gold Prize in the Daiginjo B category; Polishing ratio under 50%! (25.7% of Daiginjo B category gold medal winners).
The brewery is encouraged by this award in the oldest sake competition outside Japan.
This junmai daiginjo is made from Omachi, a popular sake rice produced in Okayama Prefecture, and is well received both in Japan and abroad for its fruity, smooth and full Omachi umami.
