The efforts of everyone involved and, above all, those of us engaged in traditional sake brewing and our customers who love and nurture the culture of brewing and Japanese sake, have brightened the path towards registration as this. To ensure that our heritage is not lost, we have and will continue to protect, weave and evolve our sake brewing traditions.
